  • Sourcing / negotiating with third party supply partners for nail care and waxing 
  • Specialist equipment sourcing and negotiations
  • Treatment menu creation / advice
Recruitment & Selection
  • Evaluation of staffing requirements
  • Salary package and commission recommendations
  • Interviewing and selection of Spa Manager and support for Spa Manager on selection process for rest of team.
  • Creation / Implementation of induction and training schedule.
  • On-the –Job Training.
Operational Support – Pre Opening.
  • Creation / support on all spa operational policies and procedures.
  • Support on spa management systems configuration and spa reporting outputs from system.
  • Advice / creation of financial procedures and reports to achieve visibility of performance control of costs, & forecasting tools
  • Creation of procedures to monitor quality performance.
  • Creation & Implementation of training plan for spa team.
  • Guidance on staff rostering to achieve projected turnover.
  • Advice / Implementation on legal aspects of spa operations.
Marketing
  • Advice on formulation of marketing material.
  • Advice on pre-opening pre-sale strategy.
  • Advice on annual marketing planner, detailing promotional activity, outreach etc.
  • Liaison with designated PR Company on press releases and PR activity.
